It uses mechanical cold pressing to form tart shells without increasing dough temperature, preserving the laminated structure and ensuring consistent texture and appearance.

Cup feeding system Supports single-row and double-row automatic cup placement, equipped with a vacuum positioning system to ensure accurate and stable placement of tart cups.

Dough cutting system The tart dough cutting system operates with stable performance and high precision, helping control weight tolerance and improve consistency across batches.

Tart shell forming system A servo-driven pressing system accurately forms the dough into the required shape. The process generates no edge waste, improving material utilization. The pressing head uses a water circulation heating system for precise temperature control and stable operation, ensuring consistent forming results and uniform tart shell appearance.

De-molding system The system features a patented de-molding design, allowing finished products to be automatically arranged according to production requirements, supporting smooth transition to downstream processes.
