    Tanghe Food (Kunshan) has an annual output value of approximately RMB 500 million, focusing on mainstream bakery products such as toast bread and croissants.
  • Solution
    UIM provided a fully automated laminated pastry production line tailored to the customer’s production requirements.
  • Results
    The production line supports an annual capacity of 20,000 tons. With the implementation of UIM equipment, Tanghe Food achieved large-scale production of 33 million packs of toast and 1.5 million cases of frozen dough per year, significantly improving production efficiency and product consistency. The project demonstrates our ability to scale production while maintaining stable product quality across high-volume output.

  • Background
    This project is a major public initiative led by the Office of the First Lady of Ethiopia. The first flagship factory is located in Addis Ababa, covering an area of 6,000 square meters.
  • Solution
    UIM provided a fully automated bakery production line solution to support large-scale bread production.
  • Results
    The facility is capable of processing 72 tons of flour per day while producing up to 1 million pieces of bread daily. Based on the success of this project, the government plans to replicate similar factories across 10 major cities in Ethiopia. This project highlights our capability in delivering large-scale, high-output bakery solutions for national-level infrastructure projects.
